AQUATRONIC

Precision Cleaning

Fast, Efficient Drying

The Aquatronic is an aqueous based range of multi-stage cleaning systems.  Processes typically comprise of multiple stages such as an ultrasonic clean, agitation via sprays under immersion, towns water rinse, de-ionised water rinse and a dryer. It comes in a few variants (P1, P2 & P3) from a manual multi-stage cleaning process to a fully automated and enclosed system withpowered conveyors.

The systems are feature packed with technology such as high frequency ultrasonics for powerful yet delicate cleaning of parts such as PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards). Our uniqe Reverse Flow Technology provides high efficient, high pressure laminar flow via immersed jet nozzles for exceptional cleaning and rinsing.

The Aquatronic hot air drying system operates by the fast and effective recirculation of hot air. Hot air is targeted at the components at low pressure but high volume. Moisture on the components quickly evaporates into the air and is condensed. This patented process can dry even the most complex devices in under 5 minutes at relatively low temperatures.
